Every partnership begins with understanding. Our Needs Assessment examines your organization’s research and grant capacity, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Through thoughtful analysis, we establish a clear starting point and develop a roadmap shaped by our experience as social justice research and grant consultants and community-based strategists, guiding your institution toward equitable, lasting funding and development success. The cost of this service is inclusive of one hour.
With nearly a decade of experience developing competitive proposals across federal, corporate, and foundation sectors, we craft equity-centered proposal narratives that transform complex ideas into fundable strategies. This initial session includes one hour of dedicated grant writing support; additional hours are invoiced as needed. Our approach blends equity-based strategic precision with authentic storytelling—ensuring your proposal reflects both a culturally response framework and measurable impact.
Drawing on extensive experience designing university-level curricula in Black Creative Arts and Blacks in Urban America, we create educational diversity and inclusion frameworks that center culture, social justice research, critical inquiry, and community relevance. Each session includes one hour of personalized curriculum design support; additional hours are invoiced as needed. Our work ensures that every course or equity-centered program reflects depth, authenticity, and academic excellence rooted in the Black intellectual tradition.
